Went to Playas del las Americas in October with fresh holidays - had not heard of them before but could not fault it especially at the price we paid. Booked the whole package including flights with Monarch and all covered by ATOL. The Mediteranean Palace hotel was right on the beach, lovely big pools and separate kids pools, the view from the room was amazing - the pictures on the website just don't do it justice.

My daughter and her husband booked a hotel in Rhodes town with Fresh Holidays. This was the exact location they wanted. Booking confirmed and hotel vouchers sent to them. They flew today, arrived at airport and transfer company said 3 months ago company cancelled their hotel and substituted it for an apartment in a different resort. No email sent by company or contact made. Now in ixia in middle of nowhere with no breakfast, no airconditioning and extra expense to travel, My daughter contacted the hotel they where booked with originally and they said Fresh Holidays did not pay the bill, hence cancellation. Emergency contact phone number no answer when called at expense from Greece. Now they are worried the rest of their holiday in Turkey onwards from Rhodes, hotels again booked with Fresh Holidays will also be same story. Having to call hotels in turkey to confirm bookings, more expense. They are going to sue the ass of this company on their return, let down, no communication re changes, extra expense. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM.

Found a holiday to Turkey for our family inc 4 children on their website. Cost £3346. a little over my £3k budget but stretched myself and paid by card Next morning got a telephone call from them saying flights gone up since I booked and they wanted another £72. I was a little put out but paid it. 15 mins later got another call saying price of flights gone up by another £100+. That was the final straw. Cancelled holiday but now they cannot return my money for 3-5 days!!! So I can't even book another holiday!! Arghhh!! The price you book is the price you should pay. Beware,

Me and my sister wanted a cheap all inclusive holiday deal for May this year. We had a look at a lot of different websites and were most impressed with this one as it was easy to use and the layout was really easy to follow. It had a sorting function so we could filter it to show only all inclusive deals and also sort according to price/star rating of accommodation.

We settled on a one week trip to Turkey (Hisaronu) and managed to get the whole week all inclusive for around £280. If we had selected to have extra luggage we would probably have had to spend another £28 but we shared a case to save our pennies!

We were really impressed with the site, the payment was really easy and we were really thrilled with the hotel we stayed in when we got there as we were concerned for such a cheap price it would be a bit of a grotty hotel.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday and as it was so cheap we could afford to spend a bit shopping while we were out there!

I found Fresh Holidays ( whom I had never heard of previously)

through comments on trip advisor, I am so happy that I did, the booking precedure was as easy as it gets and the confirmation emails followed as promised.

The Holiday was, as prescribed in the advert with no hidden flaws (no poeticely licenced photographs, like you find with some larger holiday companies)

Would I use Fresh holidays again, undoubtedly

Good web, no problems and great holiday in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura. The transaction was easy and with an unbeatable price, great location for the type of holidays desired and recommended to everyone if you are looking for a good price holiday in the sun, self catering and close to the beach. Quite, relaxing and some good places to eat and drink (not overcrowded), also you can go out till late and end in Spider (after 1 am). Only 10 minutes from the Airport by taxi (under £10) or 15' by bus just over £1. Don't book a transfer, expensive and takes longer. For your week shoping go to Centro Atlantico, nearest, or save money and go to Puerto del Rosario, i.e. Super Dino (just over a £1 by bus each way).

If you prefer Corralejo, good night life but you will pay expensive transfers and you will be a bit stoke without your own transport (good beaches not in walking distance), if you have one, great beaches nearby (the Dunes and El Cotillo).

The south is the same story without your own transport, but also great beaches (Jandia, Morro Jable, etc).

So, I recommend you to get your own transport or stay at Caleta de Fuste (you can always book a car or a scooter (East Coast Riders are great) and one day discover the north and another day the south. It is worth it.

Flights, if you book with time are cheap like the accommodation (from economic to 5 stars).

What are you waiting for! Fuerteventura is the nicest Canarian Island better than Lanzarote, Gran Canaria or Tenerife. But you can also find beauty anywhere in The Canarian Islands.

I had never heard of 'Fresh holidays.com until I came upon it on the internet. I am really glad that I did because it saved me £400 I was a bit wary because I have normally booked through Thomson or Thomas Cookes and never had any problems with either of them.But £400 saving is £400 spending

money for when you're away.We are both retired and this saving is the reason

we will be booking our holidays with 'Fresh holidays.com in future. I fully recommend them to anyone.

Excellent value for money. Stayed at El Faro apartments Poinente Beach Benidorm. Apartments are basic but do all face the sea and have balconies. The staff at the apartments were helpful and friendly and would definately stay there again.

All in all there were no down sides to this holiday (apart from a couple of rainy days!)

Sierra Hotel, Sharm el Sheikh, our second stay. Superb rooms and facilities, with splendid main pool plus smaller ones including one for kids, and one in a quiet area for grey-hairs/readers. We found all staff friendly and obliging, really trying to help the holiday along. Food is good, at least "8 out of 10", and consistently better than a meal we had out in Narma Bay. Hygene excellent (veg and fruit washed in bottled water). The (free) wines are very palletable, the local beer offered is also good. The hotel is a 10 minute stroll across intervening pedestrian area of Soho Square from the beach which adjoins that of the sister Savoy Hotel occupying the sea-front. The snorkelling is world class, simply fantastic, and very accessible. The Savoy has an excellent dive centre that will rent out any gear by the day.

Our only caveat is that the "activators" tend to leave music on too loud at pool and beach after an activity. They will turn it down upon request, and one can escape to quieter areas. Overall, an amazing value "all-in" package.

Almost everything about Fresh Holidays is fantastic! It is the prefect travel agent for those who are on a budget - particularly now times are very hard, I am nearly 20 so I dont have the largest of budgets, however Im a materialisitic girl and I am very fussy and I love the best of everything when Im on holidays such as food and cleanliness. I have used fresh holidays for my holiday to egypt last year and I am about to book to go to turkey next year. The website is simple, very secure and has plenty of choice. The only very minor critique I could pick on is when they send you the emails for your tickets etc to take to the airport. There were several pages and was confused as to which 1 to show the ticket agent in the airport, I got worried for a few seconds when she was asking where a certain page was!! Thankfully I had eveything printed, so just remember to print everything off just to be certain! :)
