Flight Xpert are tricking people by offering low price deals and then not providing a ticket.

I paid and got confirmation but no ticket. When I called them they said the airline has no tickets unless I pay more (nearly double!!) for same ticket.

I asked for refund which after 2 months is still pending as the call centre employees tell me one new lie after another.

I have started proceedings under Consumer Protection Authority and Action Fraud UK.

PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THEM PR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Booked our flights with them as they offered a good price. Two days later still no tickets had been issued, when we contacted them they stated that they couldn't get the booking in time with the airline! Asked for another £400 which we paid on top of what we already had to rebook another flight and still nothing! Went back and forth on the phone with the 'manager' and got no where!. When asked for a refund they told my husband he wouldn't be able to get it for 30-40 days and told me 10-15 days. I have informed them that we either get the refund within 48 hours or our bank and solicitors will be in touch! Save yourself unnecessary stress by going with this company! Our bank and solicitors have been informed, if we don't get a refund within the 48 hours they will commence their work. We will make sure that this company gets a right seeing to or closed for good!

FlightXpert came up through one of those price comparison website, for £654.44 for my father, he phoned them up about needing has middle name on the booking, when they told him that due to an error with the price due to not including taxes they had to cancel, misleading site and will avoid next time

I bought a ticket to USA for 651. the payment went through their website and I hot confirmation email. Then I receive a call from them saying I have to pay extra 120 for the intended flight as there was no seats left. I wanted to cancel the transaction but then he said I have to wait for 3 working days to have the money back. unwillingly, I had to buy the tickets from them. I just wanted to leave this review so that other people will not be fooled by them. there is no transparency.

I was redirected to flightxpert.co.uk from cheapflights.co.uk which I have used before with no problem. Within 10 minutes of booking i received a call to say the flight was overbooked but they could put me on another flight from a different airport, for more money!!!! I am now waiting to see if I get a refund. Do yourself a favour...stay clear!!!!!

I came across this company on line and didn't know that much about them. I spoke to one of their agents (Sandy)for quite a while and we eventually came up with some good prices for flights to Fiji and back. All monies were paid and E-tickets were sent. Time for the flights to arrive and I was a little worried that I had spent £2800 on a few pieces of paper but the tickets were real! All in all I had 5 flights booked with this company and everything was fine.

6 months ago I booked a Flight to Brisbane through Flight Xpert. I booked this with them for Malaysian Airlines to Brisbane.

Malaysian Airlines have now decided to cancel all flights into Brisbane and it was published in the newspapers that all flights booked with be fully refunded.

I set this in motion on 16th July, Malaysian Aurlines said I must do this through Flight Xpert as I made the booking with them.

I keep telephoning flight Xpert and they keep saying, another 2 weeks, another 2 weeks. It's now almost 3 months and now Flight Xoert ignore all my calls.

Malaysian Aurlines say my money has been refunded to them but they have not given this back to me.

I booked a flight to Brisbane, with Malaysian Airlines earlier this year and paid in full and was happy with my flight booking which was for October 2015. Inpaid £847.

Malaysian Airline then cancelled all Flights to Brisbane and I was told I would have a full refund from Malaysian Airlines, within 8 weeks, 9 weeks passed, I was then told I would have my money back by 18th September, still no refund.

When I contacted Malaysian Airlines direct after 2 months they have told me that I must deal direct with Flight Xpert,I contacted Flight Xpert they tell me it's Malaysian Airlines.

I can not afford to go now to see my Family as I have not had my refund and each time I ring Flight Xpert I get fobbed off with yet another excuse.

All I want is my money back, it took 2 minutes to come out of my Account and now 10 weeks later I have still had no money back.

It has caused me great stress and I have had to go to my Doctor for tablets to help me cope.

I shall also post this on Social Media. It was to be a holiday of a lifetime.

The flights I was offered were by far the cheapest I had found on the internet and with the least connections and travel time. It was much easier to talk to someone over the phone that to search myself. She also rang me back when she found a cheaper price.

The only issue was that flights were paid for 24 hours before being confirmed and were subject to change so the original return flight I wanted was overbooked and I had to go with an earlier flight instead- leaving one day earlier. A small price for a cheaper price though compared with other flight prices on the market for similar days.

We needed to book a flight in a hurry to Australia, to not only ensure we could get there, but as quickly as possible with the minimum of stopovers and time. I am recently married, my wife has a painful medical condition, not flown that far before, and I wanted to get things right so I remained married after !. Having explained our requirements, we were not only found a very compatible flight, but I was telephoned back minutes after with an even better flight !. The tickets and suitable seats were arranged, receiving the confirmation within 24 hours in writing and via the telephone. I was extremely impressed and would recommend Flightexpert without hesitation and definitely use them next time !.
