Truly One Of The Worst Experience Rebooking A Flight!!!
I'll keep it short...made a reservation, had to cancel and rebook. First big mistake never cancel a flight ticket just change it and pay the penalties. It will save you so much grief.
Since I'm in the dilemma I'm told to call between 24hrs to 48hrs to see if any open seats for my RESTICKED TICKET!!! My cancel ticket is so restricted even though on the traveling site it has many open seats it doesn't apply to my ticket.
I must of called about 12 times and every time its the same thing "can you give me 3 to 5min" and it ends up being about 40 to 60mins or even longer. Spoke with 2 different SV on different days and same thing "give me 3 to 5min" This company is so unprofessional.

I had terrible experience with Flight Hub .com!!!!
I purchased 8 flight tickets at ones,right after submitting my payment i found a spelling mistake in one of the names
To correct that cost me:
1) Two day on the phone with Flight Hub agents (i was put on hold for 40 minutes each time i had a question)
2)I have been told that they have to cancel the ticket and to reissue the new one,that been said,i was charged cancellation fee $175.00; new ticket purchase;price guaranty fee?! ;
3) I have never received refund on canceled ticket not even e-receipt ;
4)After spending two days on the phone with 10 different agents,i have been told that will not deal with my issue any more
5)No supervisor or manager to help with the meter
Nasty Customer Service/ And Rip Of Fees $
I booked a flight or July now, I tried the so mentioned travel insurance they have, supposedly it never went thought, and this was when I tried calling the 2nd day after booking,, they wanted for me to pay a $300 dollar fee !! Ridiculous !!!!!!!
And not to mention customer service, the worst eve, these people have no education whatsoever on what their doing!!!!
Nasty and unprofessional attitude!! And not willing to cope with customers request at all!!!
Keep away com them, if you don't want to be disappointed !!!!!!
