Do not use this Company, in my experience they are only interested in taking your money, after which they avoid taking calls answering emails.

My cruise holiday was cancelled and despite several phone calls no one admitted it!They try to dodge responsibility at every turn.

They are not members of ABTA- no surprise-so you have to resort to legal action.

No communication when crucial changes were made due to covid

Multiple calls to many to count to the named agent who was my point of contact

Refund monnies held for 3 months and two weeks

To sum up there is a level of deviance when dealing with this company

I add my voice to the others who are having difficulty getting refund for cancelled cruise due to Covid. Their sales service was excellent and I really thought I was booking with a reputable company with good customer service. Ha! Little did I know that they are Sharks.! Don’t touch them with a barge pole as their after sales and refund policy is scandalous - they must have thousands from people like me who cannot afford to lose their hard earned money. I am taking legal action.

Booked a cruise 2020. Cancelled due to covid. Rebooked for 2021. Cancelled. Cannot get £1500 refund. Phoned and emails just ignored. Promised refund in May. Have not seen a penny. Am now contacting Lawyers and Debt collecting agency to get this money back. Please stay well clear of this Company. Utter garbage.Was promised refund by their administration Manager. Even if he exists?.

We booked a family cruise through Flights & Packages, travelling with NCL for August 2020. Obviously the cruise was cancelled but we rebooked in good faith for July 23rd of this year, with the understanding that our deposit would be refunded if it did not sail. We contacted F&P in March of this year requesting a refund, our calls have been ignored, our emails unanswered, when they have responded they have just tried to convince us to rebook. I contacted NCL who told us that the money for the deposit (£3000) had been sent back to F&P in May. I again emailed the company and we did receive a response saying that we would be refunded, however we are still waiting, another email requesting an update remains unanswered. Had we been on the holiday we would now be home. Totally disappointed! Four months of being ignored!

we booked a inclusive package 4 2 2020 feb then on feb 6 to join the n c l jade to cruise Vietnam Thailand Cambodia hong kong because we were sent to hongkong transited to Singapore we sailed one day we reached Thailand and were told as we had transited through hongkong we had to leave the ship as Vietnam would not be allowed to dock we have contacted flights and packages ltd and have been ignored no returned phone calls or emails which is disappointing as we have had a few good holidays with them perhaps this might ring a bell we know the virus is causing havoc but we would like to be informed what is happening ncl has said all the cruise will be paid back to flights and packages to pass on to us

Just got back today from cruise and stay in Miami, we also stayed one night in Barcelona. I just want to say a massive Thankyou for all your excellent work with arranging this holiday, all hotels cruise and transfers included. Everything went very well, we will certainly use flights and package again and recommend to everyone..great service.

Cruise part of package cancelled by company, so you would expect a full refund. Not with Flights and Packages, they think you should still pay for a hotel and flight even though cruise cancelled. Now embroiled in lengthy battle for refund of deposit but will succeed. Customers are protected by law. Holidays, tours, packages act 1992. Also, contacting ITA & ATOL, of which they are members. Will never book with them again and will tell as many as I can, how poor they are.

I have used Flight and Packages three times, and they have always been on the ball, got me fantastic prices and top quality hotels. Great value for money! Their sales person was corteous and hard working, going the extra mile to get me more for my money!

Tried to book package holiday response from operator was shockingly bad total holiday was worth in excess of 10k and that was only for 4 people I did all the ground work for them all they had to do was call up companies and put it together I had to constantly phone them back and still couldn't manage to give me answers so now need to go and get another company to do it for me . I didn't like the operators attitude at the end up feel really let down by them as a company
