If You Need Service You're Screwed, Period.
Failed to confirm, service support is business hours only m-f 8-6 and "online" support bounces right back "to you have to call the office". REALLY!! It costs more than others and is the worst, all the marketing has the buzz words of help and support and fast... It's all BS. RUN, Forest, RUN!!
Flights24.com The Worst
It is the worst. I have never ever experienced such troubles with a ticket booking company. Their customer service is totally inexistent. It's like talking to a wall. I booked my ticket. Of course they applied a tax which was not listed initially. but past that, I had an emergency and I wanted to rebook. i called them and they told me there was a ticket available, which would cost me an extra 370 dollars. i agreed to that, after which they held me waiting all day, and in the end told me they didn't manage to book that ticket. Initially though they assured me and even emailed me with the connections available. Then they told me to contact lufthansa, because they are supposed to help me. Sure they could and they would, but I bought the ticket from flights 24 and not lufthansa, and their policy doesn't allow anyone to make changes in their system. After hours of talking to these agents that were telling me they are working on my ticket, I got nothing.

Worst Customer Service In My Life!
I booked my ticket at night as i need it for a wedding coming up in seattle. upon providing me a "confirmation" they emailed me saying my billing address did not match and to provide them with the correct address, which i did right away. Once i did not get a email or a call back from them the next day, I called myself to find out if my flight was booked for sure. Once i got through to so called "customer service" they told me my flight was automatically cancelled because they did not get the info they needed. Mind you, in their email it says to reply within 24 hrs or the flight would be cancelled, i replied right away.I asked them to put me back on the same flight as they now had the information. The customer service rep, A male, told me if i wanted the same flight i would have to pay almost $400 more. Furious at this time, I demanded that they put me on the same flight with the same price as no one even contacted me to inform me of the situation. I would of missed this wedding if i had not called. The rep told me " You're flight has been cancelled, Thank you very much...click"
I would never recommend this site to anyone. I have never wrote a review before, but this incident has made me think that my experience with these people should be heard. No sorry or anything..just a click on my face for them wanting my money!

Found price of less than $700, but when I went to book the flight, the final price in red was more than $2,000. No one available to answer the question
Flights24 A Terrible Customer Service
Flights24 provided a terrible customer service. I had to cancel a Flights24 booking because United Airlines changed the scheduled flights and I was not able to complete my connection to my final destination. I cancelled my booking on 04/02/2012. The customer service representative told me it will take no more than (11) days for having the amount refunded on my credit card. Up to date, (23) days after Flights 24 did not refund the cost of this transaction. Flights24 post on its webpage an email address for contacting customer service. They do not respond to emails. After long time holding the customer service do not provide useful answers.
Initially Frustraned
My name is Mr Alfred, I booked my ticket with flight24 because I saw a great deal and booked without doing my home work. About 10 mins later I realized that I made a mistake and wanted to make a change. I immediately tried to find a contact number for them. It looked like I ran into a brick wall.I looked frantically for about a hour. NOTHING. I was livid.... So decided to send an email... To my surprise,I had a prompt response with all the contact info. I called expecting the phone to ring out. Again to my surprise an agent answered quite promptly and was extremely helpful.After explaining my situation,flight24 cancelled my flight with a full refund. It cant get any better than that.thank you flight24.
Unlike the above customer, I have been unable to reach flight24.com and is worried. Why is there no phone number to contact you? This is very wrong.
Good, But Could Be Better
The rates we got for flights on this website were cheaper than booking direct with any other online website. The flight choices was extensive with good information. Only problem was, the insurance and service fee costs were too expensive and it would be nice if they could be a bit cheaper, that why I giving them 3 stars.
Satisfied
Myself and my husband went to Portugal and we booked through flights24.com and I have to say we were very satisfied. This website is very well organised and you can find and book airfares easily. The only problem we had was the cost of using credit card, and the little service fee. We will choose this website again to book our holiday.
Really Good Last Minute Prices
I was looking for last minute flight prices as I was told that I had to take some leave, and came across flights24.com. I've traveled quite a lot but never booked my tickets online, so didn't really know much about it and what to expect. I saw a really good deal to the destination I had in mind (Indianapolis to Mahe Island, seychelles). i booked that night for my wife and I, without any difficulties at all. I will certainly be booking our next vacation through them. Thank you.
