Flightinternational UK? UKFlighthouse and Airlord Worldwide Services are all operating from the same address in.Mitcham. They are all o e of the same company. I booked 2 tickets online but never received any tickets. The seats were reserved with the Airlines but cancelled after I paid the full amount. I visited the office only to find out that the building has been closed for several months now. There is no travel agent operating at the address they are registered at. I have been unable to locate either of the 3 to recover my money. I have reported them to the crime I investigation unit

well i'm lucky, I only lost £50.00 to these no hopers. I don't know what their game is, how do they stay in business..they probably work from some cheap room, utter rubbish,stupid idiots.. so unprofessional.

I would advise not to book with this company, terrible service. They will take your money and then cancel your flight without you knowing, only for them to ask for more money from you to re-arrange another flight as you have no choice!! If you have booked already, then I suggest you ring the airline way before your flight to confirm the booking!

Dont trust them, they dont know what they are doing. Very bad service, no help from managers or supervisors. They clearly dont understand customer service, they are rubbish. No professionalism at all! Cant even get them to call you back! Dont go with these guys! They got dates and information all wrong, luckily i double checked before paying them!

Be very careful of these people. I learnt a very expensive lesson. They were very polite until they get your money, then they change, managers included. Very rude and aggresive, very bad customer service .. I am surprised that they are still in business. I am going to take up my issue with the airline they were supposedly representing.I will never ever refer them to anyone. At the end of the day even if it was not their fault they were extreemly rude.

I was searching flights to Kathmandu and return from Edinburgh. Before the 'quake I had done extensive research so knew that Turkish Airlines had a 20 hour stopover in Istanbul on the return. I had to cancel my flights whilst we decided whether I should travel, and when re-booking I was contacted by Flights International during a search. They quoted me for flights returning via Istanbul without a 20 hour stopover.

It seemed too good to be true - so I contacted Turkish Airlines who stated that there was no flight scheduled at the time I had been given by Flights International!

Reading other reviews it seems as if this company is not reputable. I contacted them to double check the flights were with Turkish Airlines which they confirmed.

Be very careful - the price might be too good to be true.

I would to commend the highest degree of professionalism shown by flightsinternationational UK. Especially I think u are amazing keep up the good work and thanks for the speedy e-tickets. The staff kept me informed from the moment I bought the tickets when I would receive them and also a well detailed travel information. I was also given an accurate time when I would receive the tickets. I have jusst returned from Africa from a hassle free journey. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family because you just brilliant. Thank u.

I booked flights, had the money paid and was sent confirmation of my flights.

Five weeks later (one week) before I am due to fly I was phoned to advise they would have to change my departure date, due to the airplane.

I spoke to the airplane and was advised that No tickets had ever been purchased under the confirmation numbers I was provided.

They wanted me to pay the extra costs for the flights they had failed to book correctly in the fist instance and which were now 507 pounds more expensive per ticket.

The disgusting attitude of the staff and manager is such I've never previously experienced. Calls not returned, promise of call back not adhered to.

I had no choice but take a returned and purchase tickets elsewhere, leaving me 600 pounds out of pocket!

What ever you do do not book with this travel agency! I sought advise regarding the amount of refund I would receive and was incorrectly advised. On the basis of the incorrect information I proceeded to request for my trip to be cancelled to later find out that in fact I had lost over twice the amount stated by the travel agent £500! take my advise go elsewhere...... I have since tried a number of times to request information regarding their complaints procedure and they repeatedly put the phone down on me! Appalling customer care.

PS this company is not ABTA registered so like me you will need to go to court to try and resolve your situation.

Please do not trust this company, everything they claim on their website is fake, They have book me a wrong ticket and asked me to pay the same amount (£995)again to book another and at the end I have ended up losing all my money.... The reviews on their website is fake and they are not based in UK or have address of where they are based... Please be careul
