They are clear and open what they say, they gave me price of $ 3245 for my family , i said NO and they were like, OK , however i dint find anything cheaper went back , i was offered same fare with turkish airline i booked and few hours i had tickets in my own inbox...good to use them ...they are preety clear what they can and cant ....though they were lot cheaper than airline and dint increase the price when i went back," which i was expectig", i like these people and would try them again ...
