I booked with Flight Searches Ltd. in February for a trip in July. I was informed that my tickets would arrive six weeks before the trip. When the tickets had not arrived in that time, they told me to send them my passport details before receiving the tickets. Once I had done that and received no reply within 3 days, I called them and they told me to wait another 3 weeks for the tickets.Once again, the tickets did not come, bearing in mind that the date of my trip was swiftly approaching. I decided to call the airline that they booked me with and they explained that my place had been booked but no money had been received, and therefore I should contact my agent. Upon contacting Flight Searches, they informed me that unfortunately the place I had booked in July was taken, so they offered me a flight with a 24 hour transit or a refund. I opted for the latter. The refund was supposed to take 15-17 working days. When the money had not come, I emailed them and received no reply for 2 days. I then called them over 10 times and no one picked up. Eventually, I used a different number to call them and they picked up. They explained that they would refund the money to me later that day, and as soon as they had completed the refund they would call me. As expected, they did not do this, so I contacted my banks which was able to retrieve my money. The date of my trip was soon approaching so I had to book my trip directly with an airline which cost me almost three times as much money. I have never experienced such abysmal, careless and poor service and would certainly never recommend it.

they take your money provide flight info etc BUT they do not pay the air line thus your booking is cancelled because of non payment .

PLEASE REPORT TO CYBER FRAUD .POLICE ON LINE . UNLESS THEY GET SEVERAL COMPLAINTS THEY CANNOT TAKE FURTHER ACTION . If you have been shammed please do this so the web site can get closed down

I work for an airline and have been on the receiving end of their activity.

They will take your money, but not issue the ticket [ie pay the airline!]

The ticketing deadline will expire and the seat will cancel automatically without a ticket number inserted into the booking.

Where is ATOL number on the website?

Where is the IATA number on the website?

Where is the ABTA number on the website?

Buyer beware - check all the above before making a flight booking. Do not do it to yourself just to save 10 quid. Use an agent you have heard of. I have never head of this lot until a passenger contacted us with this problem. There is nothing the airline can do.

I booked and paid for flights to USA and received email confirmation. I discovered by chance 3 months later that the reservation had been cancelled by the airline due to the vendor not issuing the flight tickets as required. I was unable to make any contact with the vendor - one phone number out of use, the other never answered.

Today Rec'd confirmation from Qatar air that the money I paid to flight searches ltd on the 16th Jan2017 was never paid to the air company and as such i have no flights .

They do not respond to emails or phone calls DO NOT USE THEM OR PAY ANY MONIES

I booked flights to cape town in jan 2017,early feb noticed on link-flights cancelled-they had not passed my payment to Turkish airlines due to "technical glitches),this happened again,i received various excuses if I ever managed to get thru on phone(they don,t answer emails)such as "our phones and computers have been down for 2 weeks!"was told tickets would be sent 3weeks before flight.date passed,rang them and was told my booking had been cancelled and I was on flights 2 days later which would have me arriving 2 days after my cruise sailed,asked me for bank details so they could refund me after all this!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.was also told later date would have me in south Africa for longer than I wanted-good thing I,d no hotels booked.this is a FAKE COMPANY.I wish I,d known about this review site before I booked.AVOID AND WARN OTHERS ABOUT THIS SHAM BOOKING SITE.

I bought tickets to Canada with this company in January 2017. Within two days of them taking the money from my bank account they cancel my flights. They do not communicate with you or explain anything.

The numbers on the website DO NOT work, NO ONE answers the phone and they do not reply to your emails either. They are a bunch of shamming low lifes. I'm now in the process of taking them to court through Trading Standards. DO NOT BOOK with this company. They are a SHAM who run off with your money. Please read this review and buy your flights with a legit company. AVOID.AVOID.AVOID!

I bought a ticket from flight searches LTD. After they cancelled the ticket without telling, When it was time to travel I found out that I had no ticket, Tried to call them the never replied to my calls. When I finely got hold of them using someone@s phone they lied that the ticket was valid and they could not give me the money back, They are

a sham do not buy or deal with them at all. So everyone be careful with this company

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Feel completely shammed! Booked my flight and checked the details a few days later and it said that my flights were cancelled. Ring back the company and they said it was an error and they reissued a new booking and they promised my etickets would be sent Friday. It is now Saturday no tickets and once again my flights say cancelled. Company will not answer their phone today

In November 2016 I booked and paid for my flights from london to Melbourne for departure in March 2017. I did not receive a eticket at the time of booking, so in January, I emailed the company requesting the eticket and had no response..So a few days later I called and asked for the eticket and it was emailed to my straight away .. the eticket looked like nothing I'd seen before , so I checked with Etihad and it's was a legitimate booking .. can't complain, cheap flights and helpful staff. Will definitely book via flight searches again
