Avoid this company at all cost!

Recently booked a trip with flightcentre in New Market/ Auckland, according to their ad, Cheapest flight or they will beat it by 15% which is NOT the case.

I orgaised a trip to Fiji, Flight centre quoted me $18xx at the same time Air NZ offered me $1650. Everything is the same, hotel, type of room, flight date etc etc. Went to flight centre and told them the price air nz offered me, the rep told me to get a quote on paper and they will beat it by 15% which I did, guess what, they told me sorry we cant offer it to you.

What a misleading ad? I will NEVER EVER book any tickets/ holidays with flight center!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Renee Daly at Flight Centre in Wellington (Lambton Quay) is absolutely useless. First, she did not hold seats for our first booking so we lost a good deal. Second, she tried to charge us for more than what airline offers on its own website. This was ironic given that they promised to beat any prices. Third, she took so long (6 months!!!) to get our booking completed. She left the office without informing us or tranfering our booking to someone else to take care of. We only found out via her out-office reply.

We found the Flight Centre service appalling. And this is only one of the many useless agents we have come across.

I would not recommend them to any of my friends or families!
