I bought a holiday package + flight tickets from Ezytravel. The ticketing staff was friendly, although I had to wait for quite some time on the phone for her to search for the package that I wanted.

The payment options were quite okay, I ended up paying by transfer. I wish there were a payment confirmation page instead of having to call or email them again. I just thought it would be easier that way.

They flight booking system was basically easy to use, but I had a bit of a problem when trying to call them to confirm my payment, so I emailed instead.

As an Indonesian living outside of Indonesia, i have found a site where you can search flights, hotels, and travel packages in Indonesia. I didn't know that they so many attractions in Indonesia and that the prices are so affordable. This site has definitely open my eyes on what Indonesia can offer to overseas tourists.

I hope Ezytravel can have an English version soon.
