I booked and paid for 5 flights received confirmation, got to the airport to find only 3 flights had been booked, 1 had booked for myself and 4 children ageing from 16 down to 13.

We returned home and was messed about from one person to the other, eventually I was refunded by my credit card company for 2 flights as eeze flights response was there were 3 flights available to us. I expressed my concerns for leaving children on there own and behind to no avail

For a while, my urge to travel and to take myself to the places I want to go was being stopped by the high fares of the flights and the added expenditure of the hotels was soon going to bankrupt me. However, the Ezee flights proved to be the best companion as the low-cost air tickets for the person I dealt with made it ten times easy for me to meet my grandparents and after that the all my plans of traveling was fulfilled because the flight to New York or the flight to Chicago was within my means. The Ezee flights are the wish fulfillers for me.

My flight to Phoenix was the best air-travel of my life because of the lowest airfare and the easiness to view my itinerary with being able to put the payment information on the same page. I did not have to go through any troubles to check my bookings as the simple scroll was enough. I am really impressed with the service and the efforts made by the staffs, which is why whenever I will make plans for travels, you guys will be the first to know as everything else related to the location and conveyance will be managed by you.

I made two reservations with them. In one reservation, after I paid in full for the itinerary for confirmed tickets, they told that flights are not confirmed after almost 5 days (just 6 days before travel). They made me to take connecting flights (red eye flights), pay baggage fees. They even did not provide me direct flight to my International destination. They were not at all apologetic.

In another reservation, they took payment in full for confirmed flights but did not issue tickets for about a month.; kept on delaying this saying that they will confirm tickets soon. When i checked with Airlines, they said they did not get money from Agent to confirm tickets. After about a month, they asked me to change my travel plan and did not give me any valid option to fly. No one at Ezee flights - rep, managers, supervisors helped me out. They were not ashamed of keeping me in dark about the flights. I had to eventually book other expensive flight. Till this day, I am waiting for my refund. It's more than two and a half months that I booked those flights.

I think it is their way of doing business - secure money from client, get higher fare for non stop flights, change flights at end moment; client can't do much about that as it would be last minute change and provide connecting flight option which was anyhow cheaper on the day booking was done and payment was made.

They are unethical and unprofessional. Beware of them.

Please Note (for those who are yet to avail Ezeeflights services): I would personally request all of you to write a review as soon as you have a good experience with Ezeeflights since most of the time the reviews are written only when the experience is bad.

I am extremely happy to inform that the experience with my flight booking which I have booked with Ezeeflights was way beyond my expectations. After reading the review . This of course is with due respect to those who did not have the same experience though.

I booked my flight ticket for India in month of December with Ezeeflights they have promised me that i will get my ticket within 48-72 hours and firstly i was bit worried as they didn’t give me any confirmation number and which fare they offered me even that was not available anywhere .But after 48 hours i got my ticket with booking confirmation number. I reconfirmed with airline it was all confirmed .I'm very satisfied with your service so I will refer to people who are travelling to your company

it had huge number of demotivating reviews about Ezeeflights (55 + with "1 star" rating). I still believed and trusted Ezeeflights and am glad to have done so.

I booked a flights with ezee flights to travel to India in very busy dates of December,all fares were very high in market as it was a a last minute booking.Ezee flights managed to get me a flights on very competitive price with great connections.They had been very kind to call me to remind to do on line check in for my flights and assisted me to choose seat,meals etc.

I highly recommend ezee flights to all last minute travelers.

I am highly appreciative of the way Ezee flights handled my travel requirements. He booking agent conscientiously went through my various specifications for changing my travel from new york to Sydney due to some family problem. He was absolutely superb with his service and I am very happy and grateful for his help. I have dealt with this company a few times for my travel abroad and I have always had very good experience however this time I received the best service from them. I highly recommend these guys.

For all of those individuals who may have read poor reviews about EzeeFlights think again. I can certify that they are second to none when it comes to price and service. My family booked flights through EzeeFlights and they beat the competition by between $200 -$300 dollars per ticket. I also want to commend their associate Spencer who made this a great experience. I would not hesitate to use EzeeFlights for our next vacation.

Booked two flights with them via credit card. They said there was a problem with the credit card and requested alternative payment. Once received they said that the original flight was no longer available. We demanded our money back. We confirmed our cancellation in writing and they then claimed to have booked an alternative flight the next day, although we never received any confirmation of this.

Their customer service is so poor!! They actually shout at you !!!! They have refused to refund any money at all despite court proceedings and a Court Judgment. Do not use them at all!!!!!! They are not Atol protected and we can't even claim back from the credit card company. So frustrating.
