This hotel mis-sells its rooms and when you get there , they offer you what you haven't booked. The property is full of crawling cockroaches and the room they tried to put us in had small torn curtains, no bedding on school bunk beds. We ordered a superior room and when we got there , we were out in a small , dirty room with a bunkbed and no bathroom. Management do dont engage with guests and complaints are not dealt with promptly...if at all.We are taking legal action as my wife had a torrid 7 day stay at this property
