We booked a trip to North Sikkim- Gurudongmar lake and Yumthang Valley from Gangtok with Etripto recently in March, 2023. They charged high amount with big promises, provided a worst quality transport with an irresponsible driver. We could not visit Yumthang Valley due to driver's sickness., but Etripto did not refund any money for that. Food quality and accommodation are below average. We are totally disappointed. Etripto is an unprofessional and irresponsible agency and cheats customers with big promises. We will not suggest anyone to travel with or book any service from Etripto.

I used them to book a room. The very next day 400$ hit my account at 100 each. Then one credit. Never happened before.

I had flights booked with this company that I was unable to travel on due to the England national lockdown in November 2020. I was told I myself had to speak to the airlines to arrange refunds, which I did, one from BA and one from easyjet. Both airlines of course said I was entitled to a full refund and that they would send the money back to etrip.

Etrip are insisting they have not had any money from easyjet despite me sending proof that the money was returned to them on Nov 3rd (14 days ago at time of writing). They have refunded me the money from BA minus a £30 'admin fee', despite me arranging the refunds myself.

This means from a booking costing £72, I have received £1 back. They have taken £70 from me. Oh, and the only way to contact them is by calling a number that charges you a fortune, so I have a huge phone bill to pay too.

AVOID THIS COMAPNY!!!!!!

I used etrip.net to compare hotels based on price, location and rankings. The site is really user friendly! I navigated easily through the search, filtered according to my needs and booked hotels for my vacation as well as my business trips. I can highly recommend using this website.

I have never really thought that different sites offer the same hotel on so different prices, always booked my hotel on the site I knew well. Then I discovered this site, and realized that have I known this site earlier, I probably would have saved quite a lot of money on my previous trips!

Je voulais aller aux Baléares pour Noël, enfin pendant les vacances de Noël et en entrant ma destination et mon budget le site a fait toutes les recherches pour moi. En plus, comme j'aurais bien aimé avoir une voiture et faire le tourisme, ils ont aussi arrangé cela pour moi.

Je n'avais plus qu'à contacter l'hôtel de mon choix. C'est maintenant certain qu'à chaque voyage je ferai appel à ce site. La seule chose, j'aurais tout de même aimé que ce soit eux qui fasse la réservation à partir de leur site, mais je comprends que ce qu'il font c'est autre chose. Eux, ils comparent les prix, les qualités, etc et ils regardent les meilleurs deals. Bon, je comprends qu'il est difficile de tout avoir!

De toute façon, c'est absolument super et je n'ose même pas écrire le prix que je paie pour mon séjour. Jamais, je n'aurais pu dégotter un tel deal en faisant une simple recherche.

I used Etrip to look for a hotel in London, and while I originally planned to book the Marriott London Grosvenor Square Hotel, I saw that the nearby Grosvenor House Jw had a great deal with an unfamiliar site (Olotels), so I booked that one and was very happy with the price and the hotel quality. Overall, I find Etrip very easy to use and I think its a no hassle way to save money on good hotels.
