Had a family holiday through this company in Septmenber. 2 weeks after the holiday the company took £250 from my credit card because they said that there was damage to the property and that an ornament was 'missing'. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. We've stayed in numerous rental cottages over the years and never had any issues and to suggest that a member of my family had taken an ornament was deeply insulting. I repeatedly requested photographs of the damage from the holiday agent and asked for details of the 'missing' ornament. No photograhs or details have been provided. As the holiday agent this company had a responsibilty to me as well as to the owner of the house but they took the money without first checking the facts and requesting evidence. Avoid this company!

The service provided was excellent and the accommodation matched our high expectations. We have now rebooked.

The owners of this website were also the owners of the property we tried to book for a New year break. They gave us a price then refused to honour it, but were apologetic about it. I suggest you ask for stuff in writing before agreeing to book through them.
