Never, never, never book hotels through DirectRooms.com. They sell rooms in hotel which not confirm by this hotel. Take full prepayment and couldn`t turn full amount back. Even if you offer to change the hotel and period of booking, thay just delay. The customer service is disgusting. I have never that problem with asiarooms, agoda or booking.com.

We will not and can not send any booking request to any hotel as we do not have a contract with them directly. We work with the hotel through our wholesalers and we have to contact hotels through them. As we inform you earlier, if you are inconvenience to wait, you can cancel this booking and we will refund full amount to you. For the new booking request, you can make a new booking by yourself or try to contact the hotel directly for your reservation in order to avoid any inconvenience or late answer." Refund is 1 month.

I have been using directrooms.com to book hotel rooms when I travel. It not only gives you a list of their hotels but compares other sites and prices so you can find the best deal. Its really fast and easy to use. I always recommend it to my friends and business colleagues when they travel.

Was looking for hotels in Las vegas and came across directrooms.

Had the usual choic eof hotels but compared with lots of sites. What I really liked was the prices included taxes and services as i really dont like sites that dont show the total cost u ntil you get to the check out.

I tried the live chat and the agent was helpful.

All in all pretty good experience and would use them again.

Only down side was the lack of a single map showing all the hotels on 1 map, had to view each individual hotel maps.
