Please please don't give them your money as you'll loose it , i booked a flight with them and after paying the rest after 10 days they wanted 200 more i said no they want me to send an email saying take 122 cancellation fee , i might not get my money back and whilst speaking to them they shouted at me i was horrified , so please anyone spread the word and make sure nothing like this happens to anyone else. I should have gone straight to tbe flight company rather than wanting cheap deals

Service is terrible and they just rip customers off. They simply want the deposit and once paid everything changes including dates and fares. Refunds are not forthcoming. It is just to trick people of their hard earned cash by simply taking the deposit of £100.

Be warned - stay away! Use a reputable agency even if you have to pay £100 more. At least you have peace of mind and will not be ripped off.

Be careful of this travel agent called " dial2fly.co.uk " as they will take your deposit and issue your invoice and at time of paying balance they will increase fare even though lower invoice amount was already issued. They took my deposit and refused to return my deposit. All they are interested in is your deposit so stay away from them.
