I stay at this hotel for a few days. My room not was clean .the people was not friendly.the owner was aggressive,when I was talk to the owner to talk about the room he was very rude.

I don't recomend this hotel for every one.

The entrance was very dirty.very dusty,and the parking is public and dusty..

Cozy hotel with its abundant charm interior design. Quality of the rooms are as expected of a 4-star hotel. Staff is outstandingly warm and is beyond expectation.

High quality mattress on bed. The hotel was very close to the castle. Close to the center with things to do.

Worst experience ever. Room hAd none of the amenities they said they had and the room had no sheets in the beds! No phone to call done to reception when we arrived late at night and a loo seat that was falling off! Although the hotel offered us a rebate! We are still waiting for this rebate after 5 MONTHS of phone calls and emailing and being told the company is having problems and can't afford to reimburse us €200! STAY AWAY from this Company... They do not look after their customers.

the bar staff in the evening are very pleasant but we always found avelino santiago couldn't of done enough for us have a good holiday Nathan

It seems very easy to get booking a room from this site. Love it!

if you want to travel to portugal, this site is the one, with even better prices then booking... amazing!!
