Worst experience ever. Pathetic Management. We booked a trip to Shimla-Manali through Customize trip and it turned out to be a disaster. A single person manages everything and cannot handle if there are any issues.

We were a group of 10 people and were provided 12 seater Tempo traveller. Driver of the Tempo traveller was a arrogant person. Firstly his driving was rash, he was caught twice by the Police once in Delhi and 2nd time in Manali.

When in Manali we almost ended arguing with him for taking us to Mall road which was part of Itinerary. Driver denied taking us to Mall Road in Manali saying there will be lot of traffic and he doesnt want to drive in traffic. Also he said his duty is only from 10 Am to 6 PM and he will not travel after 6 PM. Which travel agency has this rule of travellling between 10 AM to 6 PM?

When we called Cutomize trip Manager and complained about the driver denying us to take to Mall road, driver got angry and started fighting with us. Not just fight but he used very bad language while talking with us. At the end we had to take auto to visit Mall road. The same day we had hired another vehicle to visit Rohtang pass as our Vehicle did not have permit and the driver was resting the entire day. Inspite of taking rest the entire day, driver denied to take us to Mall road in the evening.

We called the Customize trip manager and requested him to provide a new driver or new vehicle as the driver fought with us. But the manager denied saying he cannot arange new vehicle or driver as he will have spend additional money if has to provide new driver/vehicle.

We tried calling the manager multipletimes but he did not pick our calls. We sent him watsapp messages but he did not revert back. We did not have a choice and had to travel with same driver.

On our last day when we were travelling from Chandigarh to Delhi airport, driver deliberately halted near a hotel saying he is hungry and wants to have breakfast.

He wasted around 1 hour at the hotel and when we started again he drove very slowly and we ended up reaching late at the airport and missed our flight. We had left around 8.30 AM in the morning from Chandigarh and reached Delhi around 3 PM. It takes hardly 4 hours to travel from Chandigarh to Delhi airport but our driver deliberately delayed and we missed our flight.

Again we called the manager and told him whatever happened. We asked the manager to talk with the airlines and arrange next flight for us but the manager took a step back and said it was not his issue as it was an issue between us and the driver. He did not receive our phone calls and did not reply to any of our messages. We had to manage flights on our own.

If you want a hassle free trip and want to Enjoy it, then DO NOT opt for Customize Trip.
