Beware Of What You Think You Are Getting With Crui
Beware of what you think you are getting with cruise Miles/smiles. I have had the worst experience. Purchased one of the better cabins with a balcony and received the exact opposite. The Response from Cruise Miles Staff was too bad. Also don't get sucked in by a refund of your cruise miles, they now buy nothing. Staff rude and unhelpful, we would have received a better deal from cruise company. Our experience was the worst. Thanks for nothing Cruise Miles.
Cruisemiles is run by an unscrupulous man.
The miles have devalued to the point it takes thousands and thousands more each month to book something IF YOU CAN FIND ANYTHING to book.
Many cruises cancelled at the last minute with nothing to replace them.
Customer service is nonexistant and the fact they have NO PHONE # should be your clue this going down the tubes with everyones $$.

This website is operated by Readers offers they have recently changed their website to this name to loose their awful past reputation that I found out about too late!!
here is what happened to me they are now advertising on TV am quite sure jennie bond haas no idea she is associating herself with such a bad organisation
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with they have the most unreasonable terms and conditions but of course like most I did not find this out until too late.
They charged me £3000 Deposit 6 months before sailing my wife was diagnosed with cancer and her only hope was chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy. There was now no way we would be able to take our anniversary cruise.
The last thing I expected was hassle from ROL who I have used before but on calling there attitude soon changed when I wanted to cancel.
They said under there terms I would loose the Deposit which did not sound right to me.
After 2 more phone calls and getting nowhere I called the cruiseline who informed me they had made a 100% refund to ROL.
All this was making my wife even more ill she ended up on the phone to the and they were rude to her.
A solicitor said there terms are ridiculous and just designed to make money out of the gullible.
I was horrified to find all these reviews going back so many years and not 1 good, How is it that a company this bad is allowed to carry on trading with the cruiselines and in fact claims to be endorsed by the cruiselines.
I now see they have changed their name and are advertising on tv as cruisemiles.travel no doubt trying to confuse people and get away from their past reputation. I dread to imagine what new terms this comes with I have informed trading standards who say they have an on-going investigation into the activities of ROL but no doubt this name change will mean they now have to wait for another bunch of idiots like me to get robbed.
