Cocoon Barcelona

This apartment is exactly what it is described as. Nice communal area with TV and sofa etc. Large table for eating. The outside area was ideal, really nice to be able to have a quiet little area to sit and read, have a few drinks and relax.

The owner is very pleasant and we got in and out without any problems.

The apartment is in a really nice area of Barcelona (Gracia) and has lots of good little shops nearby for food and drink. Very friendly area with cafes and bakeries etc.

Metro was a 10 minute walk and this gave easy access to the whole of Barcelona.

Really enjoyed our time there, would definitely go back!

Des bus ou le metro directs quasiment au pied de l'immeuble pour le park guell, la sagrada familia, la barceloneta, le parc montjuic, le quartier de Gracia etc. La rambla en quelques minutes à pied sans être trop près, le marché à deux pas ainsi qu'un boulanger et une supérette. L appartement est bien mais sombre car le soleil est bloqué par le mur qui ceint la petite terrasse(par temps chaud, cela évite de déclencher la climatisation trop souvent. Possibilité de faire sécher du linge sur une autre terrasse.

It was a very pleasant stay, it was very quiet, the location between beach, Rambla Poblenou with their restaurants and shops and the metro station was ideal for us as a family. The combination beach and culture every day was a perfect combination for both, the children and us. Quim, our host, was very kind and even brought us extra toys for the children and a beach umbrella. Also beach towels were provided, which we had not expected. Thank you Quim!

La location s'est faite très simplement à partir du site internet : les différents appartements disponibles sont facilement identifiables et les périodes de locations également. Le choix est assez vaste.

Prépaiement aisé, disponibilité des interlocuteurs, appartement qui remplit toutes les attentes pour une semaine de séjour. Une adresse à conseiller pour louer un appartement sur Barcelone

In een echte Spaanse wijk dicht bij het strand en op 10 minuten lopen van La Rambla. Zeer praktisch appartement met alles erop en eraan. We hebben heerlijk weer gehad dus konden veel gebruik maken van het grote terras. Metro op 5 minuten lopen, heerlijke Tapas-bas om de hoek, fiets-verhuur op loop-afstand; kortom perfecte locatie !!

The apartment met our expectations. It is large and bright with a good terrace (although the weather didn't allow too much use of that)m Some of the equipment needs updating or fixing but overall it was comfortable and quiet, affording a good night's sleep - essential for a good relaxing holiday !

All our dealings with Cocoon Barcelona were efficient and friendly. The C.B. people we met were helpful and obliging. Overall a good experience

Our first trip to Barcelona and definitely not our last.

Our contact person met us at the agreed time and made sure everything was hassle free.

The accommodation was first class and even though it was March we were still able to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine.

It was in a good location with lots to see and options to eat and drink.

Public transport was first class and not expensive.

We fitted so much in during our four day break.

First time staying in a holiday apartment and defenitely not the last time! We felt like we were more at home than if we were in a hotel. We like having our own space to cook our own meals & to feel we are in a home away from home. Overall positive experience.

The communication with Cocoon was smooth and perfect and we had a wonderful time in Barcelona. Our apartment had everything we needed.. In an an excellent location, well furnished , clean and the welcoming bottle of wine and tortilla were most appreciated from our very helpful hosts! We had such a great time we didn't want to leave.
