We booked through Cities Direct for a short break in Venice. Unfortunately our homeward bound scheduled flight was cancelled. Cities Direct answered the phone in the early hours, rebooked us on a different flight, booked us back into our original hotel for an additional night and picked up the tab for all the extra taxis and fares without quibble. Unbelievably impressed to receive such a high degree of good old-fashioned customer service. Very highly recommended
