Our flight to and from the Philippines from Canada was comfortable and efficient.Everything went well,service was good,meals were fine.Despite a delay leaving Manila on ANA,we were very impressed by the quality of service and meals on ANA and the care that was given in helping with our transfer iat Narita. I have to say that the price from Cheapoair is very competitive and on-line booking service is very convenient too, so I have booked many tickets through Cheapoair for many times. But one thing happened last year has made me upset till now. I booked 3 plane tickets over Cheapoair on Oct. 19, 2017. (US$1021.10) (CAD$3715.47) and (US$1091.08). A mistake happened on the booking by Cheapoair agent. Till today I still didn't received complete refund yet. When I emailed to the related department, they just told me to allow them 24-48 hours to investigate the case, then there is no response any more. Till now- May 16, 2018 almost half a year has passed, but the issue is not resolved yet.
