Read reviews and still book flights with them than regret Regret only and blame ourselves and our stupidity

I booked flight from Calgary (Canada) to Delhi (India). Due to Covid19, I have to cancel flight. I called them to cancel flight on April 2020 and I was told it will take around 2-3 billing cycle to get your refund. Today it is Oct-2-2020 and money has not been refunded. Called them couple of times and spoke to supervisors, every time, I got a new promise but no money. Their Supervisors promised me to reply but when I send an email or call them, they don't respond. Horrible service. DO NOT BOOK with their website. 

The absolute worse site. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I booked a round trip flight on Air Portugal but had to make travel changes due to COVID-19 and Italy’s travel lockdown. Air Portugal was wonderful to deal with every time I called them. Cheapfaresnow would do nothing and gave me nothing but grief about it. I found as long as I waited until close to the travel date then Air Portugal could adjust flights with no fees because of the emergency. I will NEVER use Cheapfaresnow again and would recommend that you do not also. Booking.com, Travelocity have sent emails about how they are accommodating the coronavirus issues but not this bad company.

My husband book aa trip for me to JAPAN this coming March.A friend that leave there advise me to cancel because of the Corona Virus ,bad where she's at. My husband called CheapFaresNow to asked if we can cancel or change the flight . We are aware that there is No Cancellation / Changes. But would you think that exceptions on the Epidemic of CoronaVirus they will understand . But was told No Refund and Changes They want my Husband to pay $300 to change the dates. And said you Lose it or Pay. What??? you want more money.Shame on you.

I booked two ticket one is CND 158.40 and other is CND 424.56 and I agree to pay this amount. Same amount showing on confirmation email. But charged on my bank account was CND 189.23 and other is CND 510.20. I call to CHeapFareNow customer service with their supervisor he told me its a fair charged because it is conversion fee. Think twice before book ticket through Cheapfarenow.

NEVER EVER book a flight with CheapFaresNow! My airplane was cancelled two weeks before the flight but no one informed me. Moreover, when I wasn’t able to check in within 24 hours before the flight, I call to the company and an employee told me that everything is okay and provide me with the “inner” registration number. But the flight was CANCALLED TWO WEEKS AGO, they had to know already! As a result I paid extra, spent a night in foreign country’s airport not knowing the language and with a very poor wi-fi, and had THREE stop overs instead of one.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!! After my flight was cancelled due to weather I had to find a new one. Coming across cheapfaresnow I thought I was in luck. I purchased my ticket and received an email with a receipt. I never received any kind of boarding pass so I called the help line. The very rude lady took all the information and said I should receive an email with a confirmation number and information to get my boarding pass. I never received an email and I had to find a different flight back home. I repeat DO NOT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!

I want to give -5 stars, but unfortunately there is no choice for me to go further down.But i would say for all travelers......Naver Ever book any trip/flight on this website just looking the lower fare , if you did then you will be in real trouble & You will not lose your money & time only,but also will have to reschedule other connecting flights along with the hotels & rent a car bookings also other important business meeting too, because when you reach airport you will not find your flight confirmed there over the airline desk and then you call to them they will put you on hold for a long time or the guy from customer service in India will say that the price have gone up or other excuses and you will be no where there on the airport more over they do not know how to speak with the customers and Canadian values.

NEVER EVER book your flights with cheapfaresnow. Their website says a price and they OVERCHARGE you hundred of dollars and tell you it’s your bank that overcharged you. Do not trust this website. It’s the worst, HORRIBLE customer service, RUDE and IMPOLITE advisors, even their supervisors. DO NOT TRUST them, they will take from you. I’ve confirmed with my bank in person and they’ve showed me actual statements and confirmed that CHEAPFARESNOW overcharged me. When I confronted their senior advisors, he couldn’t be more rude and when shown the proof of this, he couldn’t deny it and hung up the line. DO NOT TRUST CHEAPFARESNOW. Better pay an extra 10-20 bucks on the airline website itself than be overcharged a 100 bucks. 

DO NOT USE needs to be shut down immediately, they booked me a ticket and sent me a reservation code. Got to the airport and was not allowed on my flight because the company failed to send through my payment and they even had the nerve to notify me 1 HOUR BEFORE MY FLIGHT LEFT. When called I explained to them that this was not my home and I was now stranded, THEY WHERE NO HELP they showed no compassion and then tried to charge me another 200$ dollars. THEY NEED to be SHUT DOWN and whoever's own this company needs to be Investigated because they are actually putting people in danger! It's really disgusting and everyone involved in the company needs to be held accountable for what they are doing to people.
