I went to the web site to explore prices and found it easy to get around in. I punched in my time and location and it gave me many options to choose from. I had to go away so I closed it up. When I came back I found the same information easily and was then ready to book my ticket. I got what I wanted and received my receipt immediately. I had no difficulties at the airports at either end. It was a while since I had flown so I was surprised to find I had to pay $25.00 for my luggage. That was the only negative to the whole journey. My plane was held up on my way home but that had nothing to do with my ticket.

First time on this site. We found it, easy to use. They suggested different

action like the time or date to travel, so it will be cheaper. On our way back we had a question, we dial the phone number of cheapair, someone answers right away and answer our question no problem.

We like cheapair so much, one week after we came back, we book another flight.

Terrible people to work with! Would not respond to your emails for weeks! And just pray nothing goes wrong and you have to change travel dates. I had to reschedule our flights due to medical reasons and I dealt with the airline directly since Cheapair4u.com was so difficult to deal with.

When we first purchased our tickets they showed cheaper price on their website but charged our credit cards a higher price without authorization! We had to wait several weeks to receive a refund for the difference. We also needed an infant ticket and their web site showed a price of $40. Of course we went ahead and purchased it along with our tickets. A few weeks later I got a phone call from a friend of mine who also purchased tickets from their web site that she got a refund in the amount of $40 without explanation. She called their office in Montreal and it turned out they were not even authorized to sell infant tickets for Air France. They advised her to call the airline and purchase the infant ticket directly from them which was appr. $150.

I contacted the Montreal office several times in regard to the scam with the infant ticket and was insured by Anne that she would reissue an infant ticket free of charge. Three months later I finally received an email supposedly containing an infant ticket and a charge of $120 on my credit card without my knowledge, authorization or approval. Anne again assured me that they were going to refund the amount of $120 which I have not received to this day!

I decided to be nice and not give them hard time about it. Then 5 weeks ago I contacted Anne to look into rescheduling our flights as our credit with the airline is about to expire in early February. She responded to me the following day advising that she would look into it and get back to me either later that day or the latest the following day. This was 5 weeks ago and she still have not responded to me after I've sent her couple of follow up emails.

Again, our experience with this travel agency have been terrible. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I found the website through a flight aggregator (cheapflights.ca). They had the cheapest flight prices for the 3 times that I used them. And cheaper by around $200 each time. They have a toll free number that I only had to call once, which they were very pleasant. There were no flaws to buying through them.

There was nothing that I needed to know that they did not tell me before purchasing. They are very clear with the final prices, and proactively show that price including all fees and taxes. The best prices.
