I paid for my ticket to Uganda in June 2015 well in advance and was due to travel in December 2015. When it came to getting my ticket off this company in September 2015, I was constantly fobbed off, these guys use false names i.e  Tom, Dk and Harry. I am actually in the process of taking them to court and I look forward too seeing their mugs as I will give them a big piece of my mind. I pray that they all go to hell for all the misery that they have caused.

I have tried to book an airline ticket today with them. Firstly it is no cheaper than other more reputable firms. They seem to operate from an office outside the Uk and I am very fearful that I have lost the ticket price of £1000. 6 hours after giving them debit card details I have not received an e-ticket or confirmation of the booking. All they have done is sent me an email with flight details and not confirmed. What is one meant to do now?

It's clear that either this company is writing its own reviews on here or my experience was a horrific one-off. I believe it is the former. Don't even take a chance, steer well clear. I made a foolish last minute booking to the Caribbean and was treated appallingly. They took thousands of pounds and would not issue a valid reciept or e-tickets until the day travel. I was petrified I'd been ripped off, the airline had no notification of our booking and eventually I had to get ABTA the travel protection body involved. It was the worst start to the holiday ever, and no cheaper than booking with a large reputable travel company.

was a little worried at first as i have always used the bigger companies when booking flights, however, we got a great deal booked with an expensive airline, the staff were helpful and quick to send the e tickets... no problems at all. recommended.

I was going over several ads for Boracay Travel and there are really lots of websites that offers cheap rates to Boracay. I have inquired to so many travel companies and at last I was able to receive sensible answers from an agent. All my inquiries were addressed right away, my requests were granted and even if we just communicate through email, I can feel the sincerity.

I love travelling and I have travelled in so many places around the world, but this is actually the first time I experienced a great assistance.

From my booking till the end of my travel, they were assisting me through phone calls and text messages.

After my travel to Boracay, I was surprised to receive a gift from them as I reach home... truly a wonderful experience.

I gladly share this experience coz' anyone might want to feel the same service like I experienced from MYCHEAPTRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES.

Made a booking with this company to find that the £2300 'booking' had not been made at all. It took numerous phone calls and emails (most of which went unanswered / unreturned) 3 weeks after the booking had been made to find that actually, no such booking had ever been made. During this time we were fed a stream of lies from Adriel and Marc who guaranteed our flights had been booked and assured us there were no problems. This left us with little to sort alternative plans, and flights had gone up considerably in this time. Meanwhile this company came back and tried to resell the flights to us, this time at £2700!

I've tried to contact the Sales Manager Victor a number of times to try and receive an explanation or apology, but he refuses to take my call or return my emails.

MY STRONGEST ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.

If you haven't already, I suggest you view their TripAdvisor reviews online. Probably a more realistic and unbiased picture. I suspect this site has a number of self promoting entries.

I selected cheaptravelpoint on the recommadation of a friend.And boy they didn't disappoint.Very efficient in their dealing and before I knew I had my travel arrangements to Bali taken care of.I would definitely suggest folks to use their services.
