Called to check about the price of a flight - the operator was rude by British standards, no please or thank yous and frankly sounded like my call had annoyed him.

He then went on to quote me a price almost double to what the site was showing even though I had searched as we were on the phone. There were a number of other flights all below the price he'd quoted me.

He told me the price was wrong and then begrudgingly asked if there was anything else I needed help with.

Site needs significant updating and the phone staff need training in telephone etiquette.

First of all i thanks for the excellent service provided by cheapticket. This is the first time i have used cheapticket.co.uk for online booking flights and hotels.I booked ticket to dubai, the staff give very good information on destinations and offered us various ways of getting there. I spent a wonderful weekend in Dubai with my family.
