Used this agent twice now and would recommend. The first time I phoned on a Saturday evening with a query about luggage allowance and was told the airline helpline would be closed and she would get back to me on Monday when open, she actually phoned back on Sunday morning as she had managed to get the info I needed. In my experience smooth transactions,helpful staff and very competitive prices (no hidden extras). Don't let the name put you off!!
