Booked our surprise trip to NYC with Flight guru for my wife's birthday from 17/2 - 24/2/18. Everything went well except when we got to JFK Airport I wasn't told that it was a 2 1/2 hour drive to our hotel Doubletree Hilton @ Newark Airport. On top of this we had 3 grand children to transport & although I was assured that the car hired would accommodate all of us & luggage, my poor daughter & 11 year old grandson had to take public transport in a strange city. Although the hotel staff couldn't do enough for us we had to spend two hours each way to get into NYC each day. This caused us considerable inconvenience to transport 3 children & additional expenses daily. Flight guru staff should listen to the customers need & not think of profit. Due to this I shan't be using them again!!! JamesB from Devon

She has been absolute perfection in our dealings with her,an excellently clear speaker,who showed patience and tolerance and who has gone out of her way to assist us.

After receiving our tickets I expected that would be the end of our dealings but,no,she phoned us to remind of our journey and wished us a happy trip !!

Terrific lady - and because of her I shall use 'Cheap Flights Guru ' again !!

I found this website was extremely useful and helped me to find to my perfect holiday. The website was well laid out and is easy to maneuver around. You can search for your holiday by destination, date and price. The online adviser system is also useful as any queries or issues and answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this website.
