I have just spent all my day just to book a ticket. After having conversation we agreed on a date and time, they wanted me to pay right away and they asured me there would not be any problem or change.

After paying they sent me the invoice but I realised that they changed my flight date.

When I told them that it wasn't my date they just told me that if I want the original ticket I have to pay more, if I want to cancel it I have to also pay 75 pounds cancelation fee.

At the end I had to accept the date they gave, I didn't have any chance because I already paid. But please do not TRUST them!...

ps. even one star is too much for them. I just want to cry right now because I am so angry that I had to spent one whole day for them. The worse thing was that they say that they are my travel agency so they have right to change my date without telling me. this is just too much!....
