There is no Customer Service with this company. There is "fine print" for every aspect of your vacation to make them not liable for anything. We have not even left yet and I am regretting using this website.

If you read any good reviews about this company it is because the writers had a great vaction and did not have to work with this company to try to correct anything.

USE ANOTHER TRAVEL SITE!!!! The few dollars you may have saved are not worth the headache you'll get if anything goes wrong.

We booked a vacation with Cheapcaribbean.com during spring break of 2012 and we regret it. We got at the destination and we did not get the hotel room that we paid for. We called the travel agent who booked our hotel at cheacaribbean.com several times, left messages and she never called us back. The hotel room they gave us was a lot cheaper that the one we paid for. When we came back to United States we called them again to see if we can discuss the issue and request a refund for the room difference, they totally ignored us. This company is a total scam, unprofessional and no sense of customer service. We will never use or recommend Cheapcaribbean.com to anyone.

We booked our honeymoon through CheapCaribbean.com and had the most wonderful experience. We stayed in St Lucia at the Smugglers Cove all inclusive. Best part about the trip was when it rained one day, we received a $100 off coupon off our next vacation with CheapCaribbean.com which we thought was very cool. They also included weather insurance at no cost to us which we couldn't find anyone else online doing the same thing. The resort had 4 restaurants, one of which was serving the best gourmet local varieties of food from the island. The beach was always calm water, and you could see you feet even in the deep water! The ride from the St Lucia airport was around an hour, which wasn't so bad since the scenery was incredible. Non stop flights on Jet Blue were perfect. We called CheapCaribbean customer service twice, once to make sure our seats were together on the flight, and the second time to make sure we had a ride to and from the airport. A perfect experience all around, and we will be using them again this winter!

When we were booking our group cruise, we were told that as long as we cancelled by a certain date, that our deposit was 100% refundable. We verified this fact 3 times with their agent, when booking our cruise over the phone. When we tried to cancel the cruise, we were told that we would be charged a $100 admin fee. After spending some time with them on the phone, we were told that this fee would be 'waived'. I will be monitoring my credit card statements to see if this penalty charge appears. I am also hoping that I will get my $250 per person deposit back from them. I will keep you updated!

Btw, when I first saw cheapcaribbean.com's ad on slickdeals.net, they appeared to have the lowest prices around, and had this not happened, I would have been their lifetime customer!
