Over the past 3 years we have made 2 return trips from LHR to Preveza (Greece) for sailing holidays, all booked through charterflights.co.uk. We used to fly Monarch or Thomson but since BA started their charter service to Preveza, sold through charter flights.co.uk, we have been entirely satisfied with both customer service and the flights. 23 kg checked bag free of charge, and a good meal on the plane, shorter queues, assigned seats, all beat the alternatives flat. But mainly, we have needed to change (supposedly non-changeable) tickets, check an extra bag, and buy one-way tickets not ordinarily offered, and manager has been incredibly helpful. Imagine same-day response from an actual person! try that with the other charter outfits, not to mention the big airlines. Highly recommend.

I have used Charterflights twice now, 1 telephone booking, 1 on line booking.

Both times the reply emails were prompt, gave me the relevant confirmation and information I needed. I would recommend them - in my case they have been the cheapest flights I could find at the time - a very slight hiccup at the check in desk at Gatwick was very promptly resolved by their agent (Sunvil)

I had a problematic time trying to get the right flights for me and my extended family to Greece at short notice . Charterflights helped with a mixture of flights from Heathrow and Gatwick and coped with a variety of dates for 16 people coming and going. They seem to have access to all the flights going there and provided some of us with some lovely BA flights from Heathrow. Would thoroughly recommend!

First time I have used Charterflights and will certainly use them again. Over a period of 7-10 days I phoned them and they phoned me updating me on various options on our planned trip to Preveza. Finally, although they could only get two seats four required on their Charter Flight out of Heathrow which was our preffered flight, they came up with a good value for money flight from Gatwick. All this by talking to real people. The old ways are the best. Well done Charter Flights.

This was the first time that I had used Charter Flights so I was a bit apprehensive. However, they proved to be very efficient and most helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I used Charterflights.co.uk to book my flights to Preveza for our holiday in Lefkas. The staff were very helpful in getting me the excat flight I wanted ( i couldn't find them on any other website) and helping me make my booking. The price was as good as any other alternative, but best of all they had the flights we wanted. We flew with Germania who were a very good airline, much better than Easyjet we used last year to Corfu.

Have booked with charterflights.co.uk many times, cheap prices easy to use price guide, they have a real good money saving tool. If you are flexible you can see what dates are cheap and hence book them as prices are live on their website. Really impressed will definately use again.
