Saw a review that highly rated this company for a more personal holiday. Booking was easy and a very good deal, but once deposit was paid it was near impossible to get in touch with anyone - we were getting a bit twitchy when we still had no tickets a week before travel. We'd booked a Nile Cruise and at Luxor Airport the agent they told us to look for didn't seem to exist. There was a man with our name from a different company though. After being sent to the wrong desk for our Visa nobody seemed to know who we were, even the man holding up our name. No bus to the boats recognised us. We were put on a bus eventually, and at the other end there was no tour guide for us. We were put with one on a different boat, who had to buy our tickets at each site. If not for the hospitality of the Egyptian people we would have been stranded. I don't trust this lot.

When I asked them for a tailor made holiday, they were spontenious answering emails, giving prices etc. The moment I asked them to go ahead and book my emails were ignored. After several emails and calls unanswered finally I got hold of one in the office. He said the person dealing with my booking is not there. He took the correspondence, he sent me invoice by email, I rang back gave him my card number and he wanted £.1000.00 deposit. The original person who was with my booking was going to ring me and I will pay the balance. I heard nothing, I emailed, I rang he promised to give final booking and flight numbers and times etc so I can pay the balance. I heard nothing. My holiday time is approching, flights getting dearer or sold out and still he doesn't come back. I think he got a problem with booking the boat we want for the NIle cruise, but he hasn't got the guts to tell me instead he keeps me begging for an answer. I now have asked him my £.1000.00 deposit back, as I will do the booking with another tarvel agent. Thanks God there are plenty wanting my business, but I need my deposit back and I haven't heard from them. I don't trust them now even if they will want to go ahead and do my booking final.
