i Have booked tickets for me and my wife with Catchflight in the past and have had no issues with the bookings. So far they have given me great deals and top-quality services. The only thing I wonder is how these guys get such cheap airfares and hotel deals. Overall quality of the services provided by the company has been fantastic so far.Their manager Mr croft is very helpful and very polite person and very help full once i asked him to change my traveling dates .i will suggest to all my friend and family to book with them

I booked with this travel agency for the first time.I received immediate feed back and was kepT informed re arrangements until the time of my inital travel.I travelled on Kenya Airways as a passenger needing special services.Both the staff on the plane and most of the ground staff were attentive and helpful. The airline provided me with excellent seats and I was very happy that Catcflight had put everything in place for my travel arrangements.Thank you very much. They are currently holding on to my money in full and want to deduct an estimated £480 in so called cancellation charges for flights they never booked!!!!! I have reported them to police for fraud and also to their own bank!!! Using fake identities and fake names!!!! I will do everything in my power to get ALL my money!!! And I WILL!!!

Be warned u are in for a terrible ride!!!!in the end we had to purchase

Tickets from an other company and lost all the deposit.

VERY untrustworthy travel company. they are all using false names and push you to BANKTRANSFER THE DEPOSIT , once this is done GOOD LUCK trying to get hold of whoever you were talking to and getting your tickets.

also they have not got an IATA number the one they are using belongs to a different company which is illegal!

Any good reviews you may find in the internet are written by themselves.

Please DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM AND BE WARNED.
