They didn't give us, what they had promised ! They abanded us ! And now they

have stolen our money with the 8 months old authorization ! Don't ever give them an authorization ! Don't ever trust them !

It has been a fantastic trip of the Golden Triangle - Delhi - Agra - Japer, and I am extremely happy about the capital City Travel & Tours tour program, arrangements, car, driver and the courtesies extended by their staff. I wish to thank one and all for the nice arrangements and coordination's, especially the hotel Reception Staff and the driver. The driver has been excellent in his behavior, cooperation, safety in driving and communications. I have just returned to my country and appreciate their services.

The hotel arrangements at Ajanta have been very good. At Agra, Hotel Kant is good. However, it wasn't very tidy, and the reception staff were not very polite. At Jaipur, Hotel Hawa Mahan is good. Here also, the tidiness needs to be improved. Otherwise, all arrangements have been excellent up to the the time of our departure to Saudi Arabia. We have good memories from the Golden Triangle trip which we will treasure for the years to come.

I have recommended them to some of my friends here is Saudi Arabia who wish to utilise their services when they have their annual vacations. I expect that they will continue to strive hard to meet the expectations of their customers.
