I have used this agency twice in the last 6 months for air travel only, and on each occasion I can only sing their praises.They have understood my requirements and have met them speedily and faultlessly.They have been able to find fares that are certainly competative and on both occasions have used British Airways.

They even offered me the service of a BA Executive Card ( which til then I did not possess although having used BA on countless occasions ).

It is a small and happy agency and the staff are very friendly, very capable and know their ' stuff'; because they are small ALL the staff knew my business and each one of them proved to be as profesional, courteous, knowledgeable and interested in all aspects of my trips.

They have gone out of their way to be helpful and understanding whilst being full of discretion.

On each occasion they have offered me information way beyond my needs which has proven to be fully comprehensive and useful.

I am most certainly going to use them again and advertise their services to friends and aquaintances alike.
