The booking agent was quite polite and very helpful. But the hotel we stayed was a bit to noisy for us. But the food was delicious.Staff was very helpful and and always polite. Only down side was the noise around the hotel.

I will definitely use bross holidays again and recommend to all my friends.

This was our second holiday in Marmaris. We stayed at the Kaan apartments. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a stroll through the car park and you are on main street. This is a lovely beach with soft sand and gentle water , very safe for children. There is a lovely walk way from one end of the beach to the other, with lots of restaurants on the way. There are lots of water sports to choose from. The hotel is clean and nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.The sun was on our balcony for most of the day which was nice to enjoy an evening drink. The room was really large.The pool area is lovely. The only real fault we found was the music at pool was the same every day.Our booking agent was friendly and helpful.Over all we were very pleased with our holiday from Bross Holidays and will definatley use them again. The resort has everything needed for a great holiday.

They were very friendly. they gave me a very good advice on my location choice which was very accurate. they person i spoke to had very good knowledge about turkey so everything went smooth. good value. lovely holiday with my parents. well done..

The customer service I received was excellent. The agents even managed to inform me about Turkey, telling me it was an up and coming holiday destination which I would enjoy because of my age and amount of things available to do. The agents also made me feel that I could call them with any queries I may have.

Once in Turkey, it was easy enough to find out transfers to the hotel although I think the tour guide and coach could have waited a little longer for some of the other people to come out of the airport.

We booked excursions with people in the country and these companies came to our hotel on time picked us up and took us on great trips. The location of the hotel was great as we were able to access everything that we wanted to access.Everything went well and there were no glitches so I was a happy

Booked a last minute holiday with the previous reviewee through Bross Holidays and they recommended staying in the Yuvam Hotel in Marmaris, which for the money we paid, and the last minute nature of the holiday, I'm very thankful for. Confirmation was received very quickly,there were no last minute changes in price like other tour operators. The cost of trip was £384 for 7 nights which included air tickets, transfers to the airport, and accommodation including breakfast. Please be aware, you will be flying with the local Turkish airline, which I would describe as similar to Ryanair, therefore food and drinks are not provided and they cost extra on the plane but that was not a problem for me. All other optional extras are clearly outlined in the documents. Overall, if I was to go to Turkey again, I would not hesitate to book through this operator.

I have just come back from a fantastic holiday in Maramis thanks to these guys! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. All of my necessary information was emailed to me within half an hour and the staff helped me all of the way. They also explained all of the extra charges to me and called me back when they said they would!

It was also thanks to the recommendation of one of the staff members that I went to Yuvam hotel which is by far the best hotel in Marmaris in terms of value for money!

i have spent hte last two weeks looking online for holidays via various agencies including teletext and noticed the company on icelolly.com. Irang them and after several other companies failed to ring me back or give me what i asked for, they found me a deal at a nearby airport for a good price.

they also explained extra charges and options clearly to me.

they rang me back within 5 mins of ringing them and also sent my holiday confirmation within half an hour and my transfr tickets.

i have yet to go on holiday, its two weeks away from my booking but ill let you know if the goods came as promised so to speak. Id highly recomend them at moment they would have saved me a lot of time doing all my othe bargain hunts.

it was helpful for me to look at trip advisor frist too to see waht other people said about hte hotels on offer before booking hte hotel offered

Booked with bross holidays.They have been so helpful.Phoned many agencies only received call back from bross hoolidays.they called back in less than 5 minutes and offered me many options and and prices. They have good knowledge of the destinations,especially about Turkey.

Definitely will book with them again.

I have recently booked a holiday for the family through this company, and have never had to so much hassle booking a holiday!

After booking over the telephone they did not send me any confirmation information and when phoning, the call staff were all very rude and un-interested. No one would help me! after days of trying to phone I managed to get someone to send me my confirmation. And on top of all that I noticed they had double charged me! which again took weeks to get my money refunded! Will never book through this company again!
