I have already sent an email like you suggested earlier and I expect my full money back!! Non of this cancellation fee rubbish! £179 person which i was told was a quote from airfrance. Well I contacted airfrance and I was told an administration cancellation fee of £17!!! And my ticket was NEVER bought in the first place, that I can also prove with the help of airfrance. So basically you're charging me a cancellation fee for a ticket that was never bought!! I want my money back. Cos honestly you are tarnishing their good name by claiming all this nonsense comes from them!!! Shamefully!!

I have already done so by emails and phone calls and all you people did was totally ignore my complaints and bully me via phone and e-mails!! Your 'accountant' actually had the gall to say to me that I'm not going to get my money back and hung up the phone on me! You r all so rude!! I've reported you to CAB and watchdog, and every company i can think off iI shall report you to shut u down!!! You make me absolutely sick!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

They now operate under the umbrella of Brights Travel ltd or getcheapflights or Naqvi travel ltd, all this companies and names are opened by one guy Mr. Syed Mubashir UI Hassan Naqvi to defraud people.
When you call to book a flight they will tell you their card system is faulty and that you should pay through bank transfer (DONT!!!! or else you wont get your money back!!). When you then pay the agreed amount for the flight through bank transfer they return with an increase in the price of the flight.If you eventually say you do not want the flight as they have changed the price they go ahead to charge you a cancellation charge.
PLEASE AVOID THEM LIKE FLU!!
They told me the same thing,we were supposed to travel on 03/08/2013 until today we have not received our refund nor ticket which we paid on 26/06/2013. I am so frustrated and angry,I am on my way the Police now.then i need to apply for court small claims.
I have complained ,i have emailed them ,they are so rude.I spoke to this guy [name removed], another one [name removed] as they call themselves,none of them have nothing to say about my money.

Wendyokoli I feel ur pain. Report them I am getting help from citizens advice . I feel like Crying hearing that another person is goin through the same thing I did. I have bn stressed . Its alot of money n they cant keep doing this. Report them to watch dog too. I did the more people complain then these cons will b stopped.They called me today sayin they refunded me some of the money n today they were offering me another amount. I wish we could talk privately. These people are stealing their other name is flightstore n another one is brights travel. I am so sorry to hear this. Thank God I hav managed to buy a ticket with airline directly. U can report them to CAB online too though its quick to go to the office.
Cheaters And Scams
We booked a flight with this company 3 weeks ago over the phone. When we talked to them they told us the price was £ 599 but instead of charging us with the full amount as agreed they only took a deposit of £ 100. As we were overseas at the moment with no bank connection we called them up and they assured us we could pay the remaining balance once we got back to the UK. But when we got back they had put the price up with £ 200!! When we called them and asked about this they where very rude and denied that they had ever spoken to us on the phone. It was hard to try and talk with them as they kept interupting and didn't want to listen.
And since they never had replied to any of our emails we had no "proof". Instead of getting a cheap flight we ended up with the most expensive one!!!
I don't recomend anyone to use this company!

These are all so trading under Flights Store and they have just pulled same scheme please do not use either we are taking to court now please do not use either company both are based at same address. ripped us off for over £500.00. the Guys name is [name removed] and that's how they make there money they no interest in booking your flights at all.
