Booked a short early-season break to Hard Rock Hotel in Ibiza (Playa d'en Bossa) thru Boutixury. Initially attracted by price (slightly lower than offer on hotel website) Boutixury were also offering free breakfast for duration of stay. Booking was easy (one phone call), transactions were simple (as expected), communication very good. On the one occasion where it was necessary to discuss the booking, the chap at Boutixury was friendly, and more importantly, helpful, answering the question and resolving the issue immediately.

In summary: a very efficient service, no hard sell, would not hesitate to recommend.

The guys (Jen and John) at Boutixury were extremely helpful when I came to book my holiday. Any questions I had regarding the hotel, they answered without hesitation, and arranged everything perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. I will most definitely be using them to book my holiday next summer as they have a great selection of hotels, at prices that do genuinely beat some of the bigger operators.

I booked a holiday for myself and 5 friends to Ibiza through the adviser at Boutixury and you couldn't ask for more from an agent. The want is always to book directly with the hotel but she was so helpful, always available and got us a great deal. To be honest we messed her about a little bit, changing the rooms we wanted etc but she was fantastic and was genuinely happy to help us. The moment I want to look into another holiday she will be the first call I make.

We booked the new Hard Rock Hotel in Ibiza through Boutixury, and we were extremely happy with the service we received from John, no request was too complicated and it really felt like we were important customers of his. The booking itself was very professionally and easily done. I will definitely book with Boutixury in the future, highly recommended!

My friend and I have used Boutixury on a number of occasions for holidays to Ibiza and a couple of other European destinations. Everytime the team at Boutixury have managed to get us the hotel we wanted at better prices than anywhere else I can find on the web. This is a great start but to then be given personal advice and tips of local venues and restaurants and a very personal and personable service makes this travel company stand out above others. For those who have been to Ibiza many times you'll know its hard to find a reasonable priced hire car or hotel. Within a day of asking we had options of rooms, suites, cars etc for the days requested and again at great prices.

We stayed at the Ushuaia Tower hotel in one of the Suites and this was only affordable due to the deal the Boutixury team found for us. You should try these guys and see, minimal initial deposit also helps with the chance to secure the room and save up the rest! :)

Thank you to Boutixury and the time spent advising me on the most suitable hotel for my holiday to IBIZA, we had the most incredible time. The service provided by Boutixury is like no over and I will only now use Boutixury travel for future holiday bookings. They are experts in their field and priced very competitively!!
