NOW they are saying the 125 is their booking fee for mistake!!

I Even paid extra for customer satisfaction!!

On the 18th I booked a oneway flight from Montreal to RDU. Somehow it booked for June 5, 2015 instead of May5,2015. I IMMEDIATELY called the toll free number and talked to the representative who helped me correct it. He contacted Delta....had them change flight dates and I authorized change. The correct flight was less so I authorized it to be put on my debit card with the assurance that the previous charge was canceled. All this is documented in email correspondence. My bank today informed me that BOTH charges one for $167.40 (the original canceled transaction) and the corrected amount of $125.00 for a total of 292.40 was pending debit from my account! I informed the bank it was incorrect and first charge was canceled per the email I received from you and gave them copy of it. I ONLY am supposed to be charged $125 per another confirmation email.

I called your number today and spike to a representative about this matter and she assured me she would call me back within an hour. That is now over 2 hours ago.

 do not wish to report this any higher than my bank but feel at this point I've been taken advantage of.
