This was my second trip with Book Pack Fly this year. I booked over the phone with a lovely lady who was really helpful, professional and offered great advice. We went to Noelia Sur Hotel in Tenerife and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was great with a clean restaurant and lovely food. The rooms were cleaned daily and there is always something happening by the pool every day. The price we paid was very cheap. I've already booked my Amsterdam trip in March with these guys and cant wait. Thank you

Booked our holiday via website which I found easy to use with loads of options on there. We just got back from Tenerife and had a great holiday, would recommend these guys, the price was cheap and holiday was hassle free! Thanks will be back in the summer!

My husband and I booked a 4*, all inclusive trip to Majorca for four nights through Bookpackfly.com on 05 April 2014. The cost of this holiday was £598.49. Through our research, we felt booking through them was safe, secure and we were confident in the price we got as on their website is clearly states "lowest prices guaranteed" (main body of the page) and also "At Book Pack Fly we are committed to providing the best value holidays and we guarantee the lowest prices" (located at the bottom of the page).

Later on the same evening, we found the identical holiday on EasyJet holidays for £100.00 cheaper. First thing the following morning we contacted them to see what could be done, particularly noting their "lowest price guarantee".

In short, despite these claims of a "lowest price guarantee" we were told there was nothing which could be done. For a company to make such bold claims, but to not substantiate this is frankly misleading, dishonest and should not be allowed.

During the call to bookpackfly.com on Sunday morning, when we questioned re. their "lowest price guarantee", there was no response apart from 'holiday prices always fluctuate', On this basis, its clear that this claim of "lowest price guarantee" is meaningless!

To help to ensure other consumers are not misled in the same way, we've already submitted a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority.

My wife and I booked four nights away in Majorca in April, 4* all inclusive.

We contacted bookpackfly.com and booked for just under £600.00. We were quite confident in the price we got as on their website is clearly states "lowest prices guaranteed" and also "At Book Pack Fly we are committed to providing the best value holidays and we guarantee the lowest prices".

In short, they were so unhelpful, rude and we were told there was nothing they could do.

In all an extremely poor experience - we've now reported them to Advertising Standards Agency, BBC WatchDog and will ensure we tell everyone about them! Beware, they also trade under TravelBugz and Travel Soon.

Finally, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Booked for a week stay in Sharm El Sheik on there website. They then phone my wife next day to confirm booking who had no idea i had booked us a 7 day break.

They even asked her if its ok to carry out a transaction on my credit card.

They lied saying i booked Island View Hotel on there website & they have a phone recording when we had just returned from the Sunrise Grand Select Arabian Beach.

Neither of us had heard of the Island View.

The salesman then boasts of being at the resort & even said he knew the block we had stayed at

Asked them to confrim by email & fax what i had i had booked, guess what they did not send my original booking confirmation

This group of companies should be investigated by Abta / Atol as there selling methods & techniques are completely wrong.

This company will lie to you all at all costs & twist things round to suit themselves as they advertise a holiday at one price then take extra monies from you by whatever way they see fit

Please do not even think about booking a holiday with them as i even wonder if the positive reviews are genuine.

I've booked this year summer holiday through bookpackfly...Booking process was fine, but once it was all done, nightmare began. I haven't received an invoice for a quite few days, when I called them up asking for an invoice I also asked could she confirm airlines and baggage allowance.. She advised me that airlines is Monarch and check in baggage is 15 kg and a hand luggage is 5kg.

I went on Monarch website and checked baggage allowance which didn't match what I've been told so, I cold them again following day, very unprofessional man told me that admin team is open till 5pm and he can only take the booking. I advised him that I am working until 5pm so maybe he could arrange someone to get in touch, but he reminded me again that admin team is open till 5pm wished me a good evening and hang up...

I called next day on my lunch break and been advised that airlines is not Monarch , I've been given the name of some other airlines , I can't remember the name as it was totally unknown for me. Once again been told that check in baggage is 15 kg and hang luggage is 5kg. I 've requested written confirmation of all details as things just don't add up, then I've been told that tickets are on it's way and all info will be there.

Few days later I've received my tickets, surprise surprise airlines was totally different from the two mentioned before!!! This time it was called 'Small planet' and baggage allowance is 20kg. Went on a small planet website to find out more about company etc.

I called bookpackfly again to say that I am completely confused as I was told so many different things and need to confirm everything as my holiday was just a few days away. Another unprofessional person who sounded like she is about 15 told me to call OLYMPIC holidays as they are selling on their behalf or something like that... Phoned Olympic holidays told all the story, the lady reassured me that everything is fine, airlines is small planet , check in baggage is 15 kg and hand 5kg. She put my mind at rest as she sounded really professional and she apologised for all inconvenience and she said that she has no idea why I've been told Monarch as they never used those airlines before.

So... Finally holiday day came, at check in desk I found out that check in baggage is 20 kg and hand is 7kg. It would of made difference as we were going for self catering holiday.

On the way back to UK airlines changed again this time it was called 'Privelage'...

I have just booked a holiday with Book Pack Fly and have to say they were spot on with everything from the price to the patience and understanding shown by the lady who made our booking. Their website is a no frills site but the price we got from Manchester to Corfu and our hotel was cheaper than anywhere else I could find and I put in a good few hours research. It is definitely one to bookmark if you are looking for a quick break in the sun.
