we booked a holiday with holiday gems the travel rep margaret smith was very helpful we would have preferred an earlier flight time but i suppose because we were a last minute booking we had to take the time given any alteration to a different flight time would have greatly increased the overall cost so prior to our holiday we can only hope for a satisfactory outcome.At this moment in time we would have no hesitation in booking again with holiday gems our thanks in lieu of holiday to margaret smith David williams
