So many things went wrong on our 'holiday' it was hard to enjoy. The company takes great pains to not tell you which hotels you will stay in, being deliberately vague. When I saw the dumps they had booked for us I immediately understood why.

Support was difficult to get, they only replied to whatsapp messages and then only after a few hours, thankfully we did not get lost ever. Also it was difficult and expensive to make international payments, why don't they have a credit card machine like other agencies?

Would like to say the holiday was great. They trailered every part of the holiday to my needs. Love my balloon tour and would recommend it to my friend who are travelling that way next year. The only problem I had was the time of year I travelled bit to hot for walking. But I might not be uset to the weather? Anyway hope to travel later in the year next time and might try there Black Sea trip.

It is one woman working alone . Be very careful when using this company and ask for a detailed breakdown of the holiday invoice . In particular, make sure you see the agent's fees and agree on these in advance. We were shocked to find these hidden in the cost of hotel rooms , working out at £50 per person per day ! This was purely the agent's fees, separate from flights, hotel, transfers and tours . When we questioned this , the agent got upset and said that she would never do an invoice breakdown for any client again. Please make sure this does not happen ! It would be better to agree a total fee for her service in advance .
