Beach Bum Travel, Florida

we booked our own flights b/c their TA could not get me a direct flight from Boston to Cancun. Despite telling the TA our travel dates and sending her the flight information- our hotel check out was one day earlier than our flight home. I called TA the first day of my honeymoon to tell her the mistake (this cost me $24 in phone charges). She fixed the reservations but never changed the transfer to the airport which they claim is included. I spent the last hour of my honeymoon running around panicked we'd miss our flight (Husband HAD to be back in Boston the next day) We ended up spending $70 cash to take a taxi to the airport. Once home, Beach Bum REFUSED to refund our money for the transfer bc we did not have the transfer slip (we threw it out at the airport bc it was totally useless at this point).I could have accepted not being refunded but the manager wrote us what can best be described as a nasty email. He said it was my fault bc I didn't double check the TAs work before I left (why get a TA then I should have just used expedia)

The people at this company are totally unprofessional and lack basic customer service. I high advise against using them.
