I booked flight for Australia on Singapore Airlines with this company, the price was good, staff was also helpful and understanding, but some how stopover in Singapore was more then 7 hours, which was quite longer. but looking at the price i accepted it. When i arrived in Singapore i came to know that there is a offer by Singapore government that i could have got stopover in Singapore for only GBP 1, which agent failed to mention. I could have been spending those 7-8 hours in Singapore without waiting at the airport. But still I give them 4 Star because despite this the price was very good. Try to improve but overall good. 

I just booked my flights, hotel and transfer from airport in Dubai, I was dealt by an advisor and he provided me with best services. He gave me many options to choose from and first time in my travel history, they refunded me the difference as prices for the flight i booked was dropped. the transfer company they booked was good and to my surprise when i arrived in hotel a surprise welcome gift was waiting. in short they are very professional. I hope they will keep it up but so far so good

I have just purchased my ticket for Lagos and I am very pleased with services provided, the advisor has been very helpful and helped me not only secure the cheapest flight ticket but also to change my itinerary free of cost, which normally agents from other companies charge around 100 pounds. Overall the whole experience was pleasant and for sure i will use their services again in future.

I hope they will continue their honest services all the time and will not just drop their standards.
