Used This Agency For A Group Trip To The Ukraine J
Used this agency for a group trip to the Ukraine June 2008. They provided good advice about hotels and apartment. There was a misunderstanding about the size of the vehicle needed to hold 7 passengers and luggage on intercity trips. When contacted to arrange alternate transportation, the Astro Travel agent who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to make any accommodation. I will never use this agent again, nor recommend it to others.
