I was never explained at 12.00AM midnight we I got a call back from Agent that there are 3 ticket left and made it sound like an argent matter and I have told him perversely that I'm not ready because I need to confirm my trip with family that we are meeting in
turkey and just wanted to get an idea of prices but he keep telling me multiple times that we have 24 hours to cancel and we I did went ahead with the preaches during the transaction he told me that part of the charge did not go true and he will charge the card again and the next morning I realize that I was also charged $201.77 for travel care service which I never ask for or was given a option, so first thing in the morning I started to call ASAP travel and for about 8 hours trying to cancel my ticket and guess what from one person to other, we call you back with in a hours, the cancellation department will call you and so on the all day Sunday and I got my answer that 24 hours has passed, I have made a copy of over 12 call that I made on Sunday, total miss representation and miss lending you at midnight waking you up. they give you a option to tip you agent and I did tip him $30.00 what a fool I was. a customer service did call me to get a REVIEW Sunday night and when I explained him what has happened he told me he will get back to me with in 30 minutes I'm still waiting.

Will Use Asap Again!
The service was stellar by Sanjeev, finding us appropriate flight times and dates for travel. We purchased the DreamPass Plus at his suggestion also. The only negative was that it seemed I couldn't complete the reservation without giving a "tip" to the agent, but I wanted to see how this travel service worked first. In order to book the tickets, I finally paid $1.00 just to be able to do that. Seems like a forced "thank you" when we haven't even tried ASAP once yet.

Is this company reputable?
This is my first time I booked international airfare with asaptickets. I am wondering how long do we usually receive eticket from them after we paid? I paid on Friday and said the eticket is on the way but I haven’t received anything. I also haven’t heard any booking confirmation for hotel to stay during layovers (they gave me a hotel name and I agreed with it and haven’t heard anything). I know it only been a couple of day but since this is my first time, I am super nervous. I usually receive eticket soon after I paid with “real” agency. Please help
You should have heard something by now. I suggest three things: 1) Call your gent for an update. 2) Call the airline and check to see if you have a reservation on the flight you booked. 3) call your credit card company to see if the charge went through. ASAP has a different parent company name...cant remember what it is at the moment...and that company's name is the one that showed up on my credit card bill.
In any case, I had no problems with them, and I had a very communicative agent who called me at every step , so I think your agent might be able to help allay your fears.
Do they provide invoice for buying tickets? I need it to get reimbursed.
ASAP TICKET SERVICES will provide reservations as well as confirmation of your charges to your credit card. Please note that they appear to be a network of reservation/sales for ticketing. My actual reservation confirmation as well as the amount charged came from a group called ITN or International Travel Network. This arrived by email and can easily be printed for your expense reporting. Example of data provided in addition to the actual flight Itinerary include:
ITN Confirmation Number: XXXDNY
Amount Charged: $831.66
Charge Breakdown: $646.66 to be charged by United Airlines +
$185.00 to be charged by ITN Corp
These additional charges charged by iTN, I believe may be their fees, additional charges for insurance or other taxes etc. This flight was several months ago, and I know it was a legitimate charge. A breakdown should be able to be sent to you if you ask. I believe this information, plus the itinerary on the email, would be acceptable by any business to allow proper reimbursement.
