We booked a cruise through Debbie at Americas Vacation Center, then found the same cruise for a better deal elsewhere. When we asked to to either match the price or release the cabin we had on hold, she was disgruntled and said she would do it, but didn't. Then she put it on hold under another name so I could not rebook it. I had to wait till the second reservation was cancelled to rebook the room. A lot of hassle and terrible customer service.
