WE PLANNED A WEDDING WITH AMA IN LETHBRIDGE IN FEBRUARY 2012. WE WERE TOLD TO GET THE BEST RATE BEFORE LEAVING IN DEC 2012, WE SHOULD BOOK AND PAY QUICKLY...SO US AND 80 OTHERS PAID, WITH THE ASSURANCE OF GETTING AT LEAST ONE PRICE REDUCTION..NEVER HAPPENED....PEOPLE WHO BOOKED SINGLE WITH OTHER COMPANIES GOT BETTER PRICES THAN WE DID...THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET THE NAMES RIGHT ON THE TICKETS, ROOMS ALL OVER THE COMPLEX. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE MANAGER GAVE US HER PERSONAL GUARANTEE THAT SHE WOULD BE THERE TO HELP..OF COURSE SHE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND..COULDN'T REACH HER NO WAY!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...NEVER AGAIN!!
