I've only used this company one time so far.I conduct business all over the world on my brother told me about this company.they were extremely polite on the phone. Didn't make many false promises via phone.the prices were considerably cheaper then the old company I used previously.I was shocked to see some of the reviews on here but at the same time I'm sure this company has thousands of clients and for the small amount of bad reviews that are on here for every one person that does not write a review that would obviously mean it was a pretty wonderful experience.I would certainly recommend this company to others. I flew to Bangkok with Thai airways last August after booking my ticket from Alpha Flights.

They did what it says on the tin, no problem at all.

today I am going to book with them again.

I am surprised at the negative reviews I read here.

WHATEVER YOU DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS.

I made a booking with this company to fly out next month. I thought I had found a good deal. I spoke with Timsy who was polite and even prepared to minus the booking fee from the total amount. She reassured me that once the payment had been taken I would recieve a email of the booking confirmation within 30 mins. 1 hour had gone by nothing, called again and was informed by Timsy that card details were currently being processed and that she would call me back once it had gone through. Two hours went by so I called and spoke to Raymond who told me Timsy had gone home for the day. Raymond told me she would call me the next day.

I had an uneasy feeling about it all, so I decided stop all transaction whilst I still had the chance to, as they didn't take the money straighaway. I've now been able to book a ticket ditectly with an airline, which has been stress free.

I'm still waiting on a phonecall from Timsy. I'm not holding my breath.

Seem to try everything possible to prevent tickets being issued after we had paid for them.

Their representative did not seem to have a very good grasp of English.

I would have prefered to talk to an office based in Delhi.

We booked our flights through this company and for some reason the payments were taken twice. I am calling up the company since 2 months to get our refund amount but in vain. Customer service is rude and no one gives any response on the money. They keep giving silly reasons that the manager is not available. Very cheap company, bad service. Customers please don't think of booking flights in this place.

I've booked with them twice so far and both times I managed to get the cheapest flight available, after extensive looking, ringing up other sites such as hoodaki, cheapflights and sta. Didn't have any problems I'm surprised that lots of other people did.

I was compelled to write this about Alpha Flights after calling to enquire about a flight I had seen on their website. After being put through to their foreign call centre I was served by the rudest "gentleman" I have ever come across. He constantly interrupted me and his tone was very rude and downright offensive. He started to shout when I realised the flight advertised online was no longer available (bearing in mind that it had only been put on the website this morning)and that I couldn't be flexible with dates because I am taking the flight to attend a wedding. I'm not quite sure what sales technique this is but I will be sure never to return to Alpha Flights and find out.

We used Alpha Flights to book our trip to Bali with Singapore Airlines.

Whilst being initially concerned by some of the other reviews on this site, since booking I can't fault Alpha for either their price nor their service.

They offered us a much better price than we found elsewhere (we'd given up on the idea of going to singapore initially as we thought it would be too expensive). Also, since booking, the service from the Alpha Flights team has been excellent (especially Andrew), checking that we were happy and also keeping us informed of the progress on our booking.

Overall, I'm happy with booking through Alpha Flights, their prices seem to be the best out there, and they ensure you're happy along each step of the process.

I'd definitely call Alpha Flights next time I book a long haul flight

I did some extensive shopping around for flights to Manila and Alpha Flights were able to offer me the best price for the date I wanted to go. I was given a thorough explenation of the flight details and total amount I would have to pay from a guy called Andrew, he was helpful and polite and stood strong to his promise of holding/reserving the flights for me. Some of the previous reviews I read mentioned having to put money down for reserved flights, I didn't have to nor was I asked too. I phoned back and booked my flights easily enough, though would add that I was little annoyed I hadn't been told about the additional booking fee, I understand a lot of these places have a booking fee and would have been happy to pay it had I known I was going to have too. It was not a large fee though so I wasn't going to argue as my tickets were still cheaper. Tickets were booked and I was sent through a confirmation with the flight details and asked to confirm these details before being sent my e-tickets. I was also sent another email to confirm the amount charged to my card to be sure it was indeed myself who was booking, happy to do this though I would have liked to have been talked through it as I wasn't one hundred percent sure what I was being asked for. All in all Andrew was easy to get a hold of and happy to answer all of my questions, he was also very helpful and good at coming back to me if I left a message.

I recieved my e-tickets in decent time and they were with the correct details. Will admit that after reading the previous reviews I checked on the airline we were flying with to be sure my details were there and indeed they are. I found Alpha flights to be fine and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a decent price.
