Avoid All Genre Travel At All Costs!
Booked a vacation through this small agency and now I know why they are so small. Totally unprofessional, unwilling to work with their clients, rude and the worst travel agency I have ever worked with. When needing to cancel my trip, they refused to refund my payment even though the conditions of the cancellation clearly fell under their legitamate reaons for a cancellation refund. While trying to work with their principle owner and agent, all I received were rude and insulting responses and a total refusal to do their job and work out a refund that was owed. Avoid this unprofessional person and Agency at all costs!
I agree with you on most of the review. Though I did not have to cancel my trip that was planned through them, I found that working with this agency and it's employees to be frustrating. They made many mistakes that had to be fixed and when doing so, they were anything BUT professional in their responses. I would not use them again.
